Une Nuit Nomade Memory Motel is a woody chypre built as a tribute to a specific, real night: in 1975, Andy Warhol lent his Montauk estate to the Rolling Stones, who spent the summer rehearsing what became Black and Blue, including the melancholy ballad that gives this fragrance its name. Composed by celebrated perfumer Annick Ménardo (the nose behind Bulgari Black and Lolita Lempicka), Memory Motel channels that restless, smoke-filled era: tobacco and patchouli smoldering under a hush of frankincense, softened by vanilla.
