Description

Atlante is the scent of a wild shoreline, not a bottle of "fresh water." Created by perfumer Sarah McCartney for Sarah Baker Perfumes, an independent house founded in 2015 and run from a studio in East London, it draws on Botticelli's The Birth of Venus and the ocean as a mythical birthplace. Bright yuzu and tangled seaweed open the scent, orris mingles with salt-washed rock, and natural ambergris, seashells and driftwood carry it down. It was a finalist at the 2019 Art & Olfaction Awards.
