Description

Yum Pistachio Gelato is a scoop of pistachio ice cream with a soft floral side. Released in 2023, it was composed by father and son Olivier Cresp and Sébastien Cresp, and the 33 in its name refers to the number of modifications the formula went through. Pistachio, ice cream, hazelnut, bergamot, rum and cardamom open it, pear, white peach, raspberry, lily of the valley, jasmine and peony keep the heart light, and the base is whipped cream, marshmallow, cotton candy, loukhoum, tonka, cacao, sandalwood and cedar. It is sweet, but the fruit and flowers keep it airy rather than heavy.

Scent Character

Translation: almost half of it is sweet, from nuts, cream and marshmallow. Sandalwood and cedar give it a creamy woody base, and the floral share is the peony and lily of the valley that keeps it from feeling like pure dessert.
