Good Girl Blush is the daytime answer to a fragrance that was never designed for daytime. Released in 2023 and composed by Quentin Bisch, Shyamala Maisondieu and Christophe Raynaud, it keeps the stiletto bottle and almost nothing else: bitter almond and bergamot open it, a soft heart of peony, rose water and ylang-ylang carries the middle, and it settles into vanilla and tonka. There is no coffee, no cocoa and no tuberose. The darkness that defines the original is simply absent, and that is the entire point.

How It Differs From the Original Good Girl

These two anchor opposite ends of the same collection. Good Girl is the dark one: coffee, cocoa and tuberose over roasted tonka, built for evening and genuinely loud. Good Girl Blush, this one, is powdery, almond-and-peony soft, and far closer to the skin. Blush Elixir deepens Blush rather than the original, and Very Good Girl sits between the two on red fruit and rose. If you like the bottle and the idea but found the original overwhelming, Blush is the version that solves it.

Scent Character

Translation: half the profile is the vanilla-and-tonka base, with the peony and ylang-ylang heart taking most of the rest and the bergamot opening accounting for the remainder, an unusually simple structure by modern standards, and the reason it reads as soft rather than complex.

Is Good Girl Blush just a lighter Good Girl?
No. It is a different composition. The original's coffee, cocoa and tuberose are not in it at all. Blush is a peony-almond-vanilla fragrance that happens to share the bottle.

Why does it smell like almonds?
Bitter almond is a genuine top note. It is what gives the opening its marzipan quality before the peony and vanilla take over.

Does it contain oud?
No. There is no agarwood in it, and no smoky or resinous accord. This is a straightforwardly soft floral vanilla.
