Vanille de Minuit is an after-dark vanilla, wrapped in smooth leather and dark benzoin instead of sugar. Released in 2024 by Maison Tahité, the vanilla-led line created with Officine Creative Profumi, it was designed to break the idea that vanilla belongs to one gender or one mood. Saffron gives it a warm, spiced edge, smooth leather and a soft suede accord wrap around the vanilla with earthy nagarmotha, and benzoin and creamy sandalwood deepen the base. It is dry and polished rather than dessert-like, a vanilla you could wear with a tailored jacket.

Scent Character

Translation: sweet at the core, with woody and spicy shares in equal measure: sandalwood and nagarmotha on one side, saffron on the other. The leather sits inside that warm frame.
