Description

Chameleon is a sunny tropical floral: ylang-ylang, mango and star fruit over frangipani, coconut and salty skin, on a creamy base of vanilla and sandalwood. Daniel Pescio composed it for Zoologist, the Canadian house known for its animal-themed fragrances, and it draws on Madagascar, home to many of the world's chameleons. The opening is bright and juicy, with lemon, bergamot and pink pepper keeping the fruit fresh. Frangipani, jasmine and coconut make the heart creamy, a sea-breeze and salty-skin accord adds a beachy feel, and the drydown is warm with vanilla, amber, opoponax and soft woods.

Scent Character

Translation: a creamy tropical floral on a woody frame. The spice is pink pepper, saffron and clove, the marine share is the salty sea-breeze accord, and the amber share is the opoponax and amber in the base.
