More Than Words is the writers'-and-poets' club within Xerjoff's Join the Club collection, released in 2012 by perfumer Chris Maurice. Like the rest of the collection, Xerjoff has never published an official note list; the widely reported composition opens with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and fruited notes, moves into a heart of rose, cedarwood, vetiver, and dried fruit, and settles into a resinous, ambery base built around real agarwood (oud), ambergris, labdanum, and vanilla. It's a warm, literary amber: spiced and fruity up top, quietly oud-driven underneath. This listing is the standard retail bottle, not the tester version.
