Description

Limited 71 is an aromatic woody amber built around oud. This is the 2022 Extrait de Parfum, composed by Jordi Fernández for Widian, the UAE niche house of AJ Arabia, and named for 1971, the year the United Arab Emirates became independent. Bergamot, sage and lavender open it with a bright, herbal, almost fougère-like lift. The heart turns dry and woody with Akigalawood, cashmeran, amber and bay leaf, and the base settles into agarwood, patchouli, amber and vetiver: dense, warm and gently smoky, with the oud kept rounded rather than sharp.
