Widian Baniyas Extrait

Description

Baniyas is an aromatic woody extrait: bright lavender and artemisia over a shadowed heart of agarwood and cedar, drying down to patchouli, sandalwood and vetiver. Jordi Fernández composed it for Widian's Velvet Collection in 2022, and the house names it for a hidden oasis. The opening is herbal and sunny, with bergamot and the green bitterness of artemisia. Geranium, oud and cedar form a darker, woody heart, and the base is earthy and long, with patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood and Evernyl, a mossy note that gives it a slightly damp, forest-floor feel.
