Une Nuit Nomade Sugar Leather EDP (Tester)
Description
Sugar Leather comes from Une Nuit Nomade's Une Nuit à Oman collection, composed by Anne-Sophie Behaghel and released in 2023. Sugary cinnamon and caramel open over a woody amyris-and-patchouli heart, before real leather and labdanum take over in the base: a boozy, dune-warmed leather rather than a straightforward gourmand. This listing is a tester unit: the same fragrance, sold without retail cellophane at a value price.
Scent Character
- Leather & Resinous: 34% (leather, labdanum)
- Sweet: 34% (caramel, tonka bean)
- Spicy: 32% (cinnamon)
Translation: warm cinnamon-caramel over a real leather base. Gourmand at the top, considerably drier underneath than the name suggests.
Fragrance Pyramid
- Top: Cinnamon, Plum
- Heart: Amyris, Tonka Bean, Patchouli
- Base: Leather, Caramel, Labdanum
Performance
Longevity: Above average by most accounts. The leather and labdanum base holds long after the cinnamon has burned off.
Sillage: Moderate. Noticeable without dominating, which is what keeps a cinnamon-caramel wearable.

This fragrance is also offered as a sample, priced from $3.99 for 1 mL. Genuinely worth it here, opinion splits, and a minority read the cinnamon as closer to apple pie than to leather.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a new bottle?
This listing is a tester unit, the same juice in the same bottle, sold without retail cellophane/box seal, at a value price versus the boxed retail bottle.
Is it more sugar or more leather?
Sugar first, leather second. The opening is sweet and spiced; the leather arrives underneath and takes over as it dries.
Does it contain oud?
No. The depth comes from leather and labdanum. There is no agarwood in this composition.
Why do some reviewers call it apple pie?
The cinnamon sits high and sweet in the opening, and on some skin it reads more bakery than boutique. Most wearers do not get that, but enough do that it is worth sampling.
