Released in 2022 as one of Toskovat's Extraits de Mémoire and composed by David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi, the perfumer behind the house, it builds a holiday table out of mulled wine, advocaat and mandarin, then panettone, plum, Sacher torte, honey and candied almond, over a base of cacao, toffee, tobacco, balsam fir and sandalwood. The house frames it as a wistful piece about watching other people's celebrations from a distance, and wearers pick up on that: one reviewer described it opening like a fresh box of chocolates before the mulled-wine spice and almonds arrive. It is dense, busy and memorable, and it divides opinion.
