Sand Dance is a creamy, boozy cacao gourmand that glows rather than shouts. Released in 2022 in the 777 line of Stéphane Humbert Lucas, the Paris perfumer behind God of Fire, it is inspired by the Kalbelia dancers of Rajasthan and the warmth of the desert at dusk. It opens on a smooth whisky cream brightened by mandarin and a little coriander, melts into cacao over sandalwood and cashmere wood, and dries down on benzoin, styrax, patchouli, cedar and tonka.
