Description

Spiritica Atmayatra is a 2024 unisex extrait de parfum by Daniele Muratori Caputo, founder of the Italian niche house Spiritica. Its name joins the Sanskrit words for soul (atma) and pilgrimage (yatra). It is inspired by the Chiribasa Valley in the Himalayas, near the source of the Ganges: holy basil (tulsi), peppermint and ozonic air open onto benzoin, frankincense, cannabis, petrichor and rain, then river mud, sandalwood, patchouli, honey and vanilla.

Scent Character

  • Fresh: 35%

  • Woody: 24%
  • Smoky & Boozy: 12%
  • Spicy: 6%

Translation: A green, minty basil storm with incense, wet earth and honeyed sandalwood: raw, herbal and unlike most perfumes.

  • Top: Holy basil (tulsi), ozonic notes, aquatic notes, cardamom, peppermint
  • Heart: Benzoin, frankincense, cannabis indica, holy basil (tulsi), petrichor, rain
  • Base: River mud, earthy notes, Indian sandalwood, patchouli, honey, Madagascar vanilla

Performance

Our scale rates longevity 4 out of 5 and sillage 5 out of 5. Retailers describe the trail as lasting 12 hours or more, so treat it as a long-wearing, projecting extrait; results vary with skin and climate.
