Obsidian is a powdery violet-and-orris woody amber with an herbal rosemary opening. Scentologia is a French house that talks about the meeting of science and art, and Obsidian, released in 2024, was composed by Théo Belmas and Thomas Obroki. Rosemary, saffron and bergamot open it fresh and a little spicy, violet, orris and rose form a soft, powdery heart, and cashmere wood, tonka, patchouli, amber and vanilla make up the base. It wears as an elegant woody amber, polished and slightly powdery rather than heavy.

Scent Character

Translation: floral, sweet and fresh facets in near-equal parts, from the violet and orris, the tonka and vanilla, and the rosemary and bergamot, over a warm amber and wood base. There is no oud in it.
