Tabac Royal is a spiced, sweet pipe tobacco: cinnamon and clove over tonka and vanilla, resting on myrrh and sandalwood. Royal Crown is an Italian niche house, and Antonio Visconti composed Tabac Royal for it in 2011, aiming for the scent of aged cigar boxes and faraway islands. Tobacco arrives straight away with cinnamon, cloves, lemon and pink pepper, the heart is tobacco leaf, tonka, vanilla absolute and a powdery heliotrope, and the base adds sandalwood, olibanum, patchouli and myrrh. Retailers describe it as spicy-sweet with above-average staying power.

Scent Character

Translation: the smoky share is the tobacco, olibanum and myrrh, the spice is cinnamon and clove, and the sweet share is tonka and vanilla. There is no oud in it.
