Description

Il Giardino is a shaded green garden: ivy, crisp orchard fruit and vetiver over soft leather. Pantheon Roma released it in 2013, and the house describes it as the perfume of a lost garden, the corner where Raphael met Margherita, his muse, long since gone. It opens on green ivy, moves to a heart of apple, pear, vetiver and black tea, and settles into leather, cedar, benzoin and musk. The effect is green and musky rather than sweet, with the fruit giving lift and the leather giving it a quiet, polished depth.

Scent Character

Translation: a woody, green fragrance with the fruit and florals kept light. The leather share is the soft leather in the base, and the sweet share is the benzoin and fruit. There is no oud in it.
