Dopamine Rose is a rose for people who think they do not like rose: candy-bright fruit up front, airy petals in the middle, soft musk underneath. It was one of the two launch fragrances of L'Epoque, the independent house from Dallas, Texas, released in 2025 and composed by Elena Valdivieso Ruiz of Robertet. The house describes it as a rose that is never dusty or powdery, and that is the point. Raspberry marshmallow, strawberry and tart rhubarb open it, then rose and cyclamen arrive with a clean, ozonic lift before it dries down to cashmere musk. Wearers pick up different sides of it: some mostly smell the sweet fruit, others mainly a fresh rose, and more than one has compared the tart, clean middle to a very good laundry scent.
