Lovefest Burning Cherry is dark cherry and praline held over a campfire of palo santo. Released in 2022 as number 48 in Kayali's numbered line, it was composed by Gabriela Chelariu and Philippine Courtière, and the house ties it to the bonfires and late nights of festival season. Cherry, raspberry and bergamot open juicy and bright, praline and heliotrope give it an almond-sweet heart with Damask rose and jasmine sambac, and the base turns smoky and warm with palo santo, guaiac wood, Peru balsam, tonka, patchouli and vetiver. Many reviewers compare it to Tom Ford Lost Cherry: less boozy, smokier and a lot more gourmand.

Scent Character

Translation: smoky woods lead, with praline sweetness and a rose-heliotrope heart sharing second place. The ambery share is Peru balsam and patchouli, not oud.

No. The dark, smoky side comes from palo santo, guaiac wood, Peru balsam and patchouli. There is no oud in the formula.
