Current Culture is matcha by the sea: green tea, sea air and mossy coastal hills. ROAN, the New York house built around tea, made it as a fresh oceanic matcha inspired by the California coast. Perfumer Claude Dir describes salty ocean air veiling a cup of herbal green tea, above the mossy freshness of the Santa Monica Mountains. Bergamot zest, pink pepper and white ginger open it, matcha, cotton peony and neroli form the heart, and red seaweed, salty moss and musk ground it. Clean, green and a little salty.
