Parfums de Marly built its identity on an homage to the glittering court of 18th-century Versailles and the thoroughbreds bred for French aristocracy, and Perseus channels that same sun-warmed opulence into a bright citrus-woody eau de parfum. Composed in 2024 by perfumer Nathalie Templer, it opens on grapefruit and blackcurrant bud sharpened with bergamot, moves through a green, vetiver-laced heart, and settles into a smooth dry-down of cashmere wood and ambergris. The effect is fresh but never thin: a refined, radiant wood that wears like an early morning ride across the château grounds.
