Description

Godolphin is named for the Godolphin Arabian, one of three foundation sires of the modern Thoroughbred, a horse whose bloodline runs through a striking share of today's racehorses. Composed by perfumer Michele Saramito and launched in 2010, the eau de parfum opens with dry saffron, cypress, and thyme, moves into a refined heart of iris, jasmine, and rose, then resolves into a smooth, leather-like base of vetiver, white cedarwood, amber, musk, and vanilla. It's a woody-floral built for sophistication and timeless allure, true to its equestrian namesake.

Scent Character

  • Woody (Vetiver, White Cedarwood): 32%
  • Floral (Iris, Jasmine, Rose): 27%
  • Sweet (Vanilla, Amber): 23%
  • Fresh (Cypress): 9%
  • Spicy (Saffron, Thyme): 9%

Translation: a refined, leather-adjacent woody floral, dry cypress and saffron give way to iris and rose, then a smooth vetiver-cedar-musk base.
