Caramelo Vanilla tastes like the crackled top of a crème brûlée: caramel with a faint burnt edge, over soft vanilla. It was one of the first fragrances New Notes introduced when the Milan brand launched at Esxence in 2022, as part of its Contemporary Blend Collection. Caramel and vanilla flower open it; dulce de leche and cotton candy meet frangipani and white flowers in the heart; and vanilla pod, tonka bean and musk make up the base. Reviewers single out the slightly smoky, darker caramel as the thing that sets it apart from simpler vanilla scents.
