Description

Sensual Instinct is roasted coffee and praline wrapped around a rose, a dense, sweet gourmand in classic Montale style. Released by the Paris house Montale in 2019, it opens on roasted coffee beans and moves quickly into a heart of praline and rose. Oakmoss, amber and cedar ground the sweetness with an earthy, woody base. It sits in the same coffee-and-rose territory as Montale's own Intense Café, but the praline makes it noticeably more like a dessert.
