Description

YETI smells like a pine forest at altitude: peppery, resinous and a little wild. Released in April 2026 by the Thai house Maksim Perfume, it was composed by founder Maxim Bortnikov with Rajesh Balkrishnan, the same pair behind Oud Indochine. Timur and black pepper, juniper, elemi and cardamom give a bright, spicy lift; silver fir, oakmoss and black tea form a green, coniferous heart; and valerian, nard, sandalwood, guaiac wood and Thai oud turn the drydown warm, earthy and faintly animalic. Luca Turin singled out its unusual "citrus-barnyard" first impression and called it a restrained, quietly strange masculine.
