Description

Ask is a salty, aromatic sea breeze blowing through pine and cedar on a rocky coast. It was composed by Antonio Gigli for Maiora Parfum, an Italian niche house founded in 2020, and released in 2023. Sea notes and sea salt open it with juniper berries and myrtle, the green, resinous herb of the Mediterranean scrub. Eucalyptus, geranium, water jasmine and aromatic notes keep the heart cool and herbal, and patchouli, amber, cedar, musk and pine give a dry, woody base. It is a marine scent with more wood and herb than the usual blue aquatic.

Scent Character

Translation: fresh by a clear margin, with woods as the second pillar. The floral share is the geranium and water jasmine, and the small ambery share is the amber in the base, not oud.
