Vanilla Island is a beach-bar vanilla: coconut and crisp apple up top, a powdery rose and violet heart, and warm amber underneath. It was composed by Emna Doghri and Alexis Bessy, the founder of Les Princes du Golfe, and draws on his own island memories. The house compares it to a mocktail sipped by the sea. Coconut, apple and orange open it bright and juicy. Violet and rose add a soft, powdery floral layer, and amber with vanilla gives a golden, comforting base.
