Lamar Noir takes the fruit-and-caramel sweetness of Kajal's Lamar and drops it onto black leather and oud. Released in 2024 by Kajal Perfumes Paris and composed by Patrick Müller, it is the darker flanker of the original Lamar from 2020. It opens on tropical fruit, green apple, violet and bergamot, turns warm and balsamic through caramel, vanilla, rose and geranium, then dries down into leather, oud, guaiac wood, sandalwood, cashmere wood, amber, moss and musk. Reviewers keep reaching for the same picture: a black leather jacket that still carries the smell of something sweet.
