Le Gourmand smells like hot buttered toast spread thickly with chocolate-hazelnut. Composed by Jimmy Bodin for Jousset Parfums, the French house built around what it calls ultra-gourmand perfumery, it was released in 2023. Butter, toast and a pinch of salt open it, raw cookie dough fills the heart, and the base is a hazelnut-cocoa spread with roasted hazelnut.
