Jeroboam Gozo Extrait

Description

Gozo is a spiced, sunny tuberose that dries down to a warm, skin-like musk. Named for the Maltese island, it was composed by Vanina Muracciole for the Paris house Jeroboam and released around 2020. Saffron, tuberose and bergamot open it, cedar, geranium and violet leaf give it a green, woody middle, and patchouli, white musk and ambroxan carry a very long drydown. One reviewer summed it up as a spicy, citrusy tuberose with patchouli and saffron that ends on a musky trail. As the candied tuberose fades, many wearers notice an almost leathery musk.

Scent Character

Translation: cedar and patchouli hold the structure, bergamot and violet leaf keep it bright, and tuberose supplies the flower. Saffron adds the spice, and the warm ambroxan-musk base gives it the lasting glow.
