Description

Alifi is one of the more recent additions to the Hind Al Oud lineup, the Dubai-based Emirati house founded in 2001 by Mohamed Hilal. Unlike much of the house's oud-driven output, Alifi is built as an aromatic citrus: Calabrian bergamot and red mandarin spark a bright, energizing opening, before lavender and hazelnut settle into a warm, focused heart. Licorice and Haitian vetiver ground the composition at the base, giving it an earthy, resilient finish. No perfumer is publicly credited. Hind Al Oud frames the scent around ambition, the drive to leave an expected path, rather than around a specific note story.
