Gong is Floraiku's 2025 tribute to a Buddhist temple's ritual soundscape, the resonant strike of a gong lingering in still, sacred air. It opens sparkling and citrusy on yuzu and pink pepper before settling into a warm, spiced dorayaki-and-benzoin heart over sandalwood, vetiver, and amber. It reads as a fresh amber rather than a true oud composition. There's no agarwood in the formula, just smoky-sweet woods carrying the weight.
