Description

Tobacco, a sacred gift of the new world, was long burned in rituals of cleansing and peace, its smoke carrying offerings to the gods. Sacred Tobacco is an ode to those ceremonial rites, imagined as an old pipe in a mahogany library of leather sofas and a fire that never dies. Bright Virginia and dark Criollo absolutes become a dense, honeyed tobacco, smoked with antique birch tar and warmed by clove and cinnamon. Vintage civet and castoreum in Indian sandalwood leave a dark, narcotic trail, the strongest and darkest of the collection.
