Description

Orchid K is a soft, romantic floral: black vanilla orchid and marshmallow over pale woods. Released by Ella K in 2024, it was built around a black vanilla orchid that Sonia Constant discovered on Monte Rosa in Italy, paired with the florals of Lake Como. Petitgrain, oleander and marshmallow open it; black vanilla orchid, magnolia and wild rose form the heart; and sequoia, vanilla, a touch of incense and Ambrofix, a sustainable ambery wood molecule, make up the base. It wears creamy and airy rather than dense.

Scent Character

Translation: an even split between floral and woody, with small touches of sweetness, spice, incense and petitgrain freshness. No oud: the faint smoke is incense.
