D'Orsay Sweet Disruption WT EDP
Description
Sweet Disruption. W.T. was originally conceived exclusively for D’Orsay’s Tokyo boutique before joining the wider collection, perfumer Jean-Christophe Hérault’s "deliciously unsettling" pairing of curly mint against frankincense. Despite the name, it isn’t a classic sweet gourmand: mint, aldehydes and citrus open crisp and biting, while frankincense and geranium bring a mystical, meditative counterpoint. If you like unconventional mint-incense pairings such as Comme des Garçons’ Kyoto or Avignon, this sits in similarly artistic territory.
Scent Character
- Fresh (mint, citrus, aldehydes): 37%
- Incense & Resinous (frankincense): 18%
- Floral (geranium, jasmine): 18%
- Woody (moss, vetiver): 19%
- Spicy (pink pepper): 8%
Translation: a crisp, aromatic mint-incense fragrance, not a sweet gourmand. The depth is frankincense and vetiver, not agarwood.

FAQ
Is Sweet Disruption W.T. actually sweet?
Not in the gourmand sense: despite the name, it’s a crisp, aromatic mint-and-incense fragrance rather than a sugary one.
Is there real oud in it?
No. The resinous depth is frankincense, not agarwood.
Is it for men or women?
Unisex. Designed to be shared, per D’Orsay’s collection concept.
What does “W.T.” stand for?
D’Orsay hasn’t disclosed it, like most of the collection, the initials reference an identity the house keeps deliberately unrevealed.
