BDK Parfums Vanille Caviar EDP
Description
BDK Parfums Vanille Caviar Eau de Parfum is a 2025 release from the Paris niche house, composed by perfumer Alexandra Carlin around the idea of vanilla as "caviar", the glossy black seeds of a freshly split pod, reimagined as a dense, almost mineral gemstone rather than a sugary dessert note. Green calamus and blackcurrant open into a heart of vanilla, osmanthus, and cacao, settling into a resinous base of labdanum and Peru balsam.

FAQ
What does Vanille Caviar smell like?
A dense, resinous vanilla: green calamus and blackcurrant over vanilla, osmanthus, and cacao, resting on labdanum and Peru balsam.
Is it a sweet, dessert-style vanilla?
No. Vanille Caviar reframes vanilla as woody and resinous rather than sugary, closer to a fine spice than a dessert.
How long does it last?
Typically 7–9 hours on skin, thanks to its labdanum-vanilla-balsam base.
What sample sizes are available?
1 mL, 5 mL, and 10 mL decants, alongside the full 100 ml bottle, all 1 mL samples ship in a 2 mL vial filled halfway.
