Description

Rise is Akro's love letter to an endless summer: a piña colada distilled into wearable form by Olivier Cresp, the Firmenich master perfumer behind Mugler Angel and D&G Light Blue. Akro was founded in London in 2018 by Cresp with his daughter Anaïs and son-in-law Jack Miskelli, built around the idea of turning life's small addictions into fragrance. Rise leans into that concept with tropical indulgence: coconut water, pineapple, and tiaré flower over a warm sandalwood base, built to feel like the first sip of vacation.

Scent Character

  • Woody: 75%
  • Sweet: 25%

Translation: a woody-sweet composition. The piña colada topnote is bright but brief. The fragrance settles quickly into a creamy sandalwood dry-down, so it reads more grounded than a typical sugary tropical scent.
